Every beautiful story has a beginning, and ours began eight years ago.

 

What started as a simple connection slowly grew into a friendship, then into a love that has stood the test of time. Through every season—celebrations, challenges, distance, unanswered questions, and countless ordinary days—we continued choosing each other.

 

Eight years have taught us that love isn’t measured by grand gestures alone. It’s found in the daily decisions to be patient, to forgive, to encourage one another, and to remain faithful even when life isn’t easy.

 

As we grew together, God was quietly shaping our hearts. He taught us that a lasting relationship isn’t built on feelings alone, but on a foundation centered on Him. His grace carried us through every chapter, reminding us that He is the author of our story.

 

In July 2025, our relationship entered a new season when JP asked me to spend forever with him. With grateful hearts, we said “yes” not only to marriage but also to the lifelong journey of serving God together as husband and wife.

 

Now, after eight wonderful years together, we stand on the threshold of our greatest adventure yet. We aren’t simply celebrating the years we’ve shared—we’re celebrating God’s faithfulness in every step that brought us here.

 

As we prepare to exchange our vows, our prayer is that our marriage will reflect Christ’s love: a love that is patient, selfless, forgiving, and enduring. We know the road ahead will have both joys and challenges, but we also know that the God who sustained us for the past eight years will continue to lead us in the years to come.

 

This is more than our love story.
